§ Mr. Denzil FreethThe Report to which the hon. Member refers was made to the Advisory Council on Scientific Policy, which has said in its own Report for 1961–62 (Cmnd. 1920) that it does not necessarily accept the views expressed at every point. The council deferred consideration of institutional changes, pending the completion of the 127W work of its Committee on Research into Natural Resources, under Sir William Slater.
