§ 72. Mr. J. Howardasked the Minister of Transport when he expects the survey of the route for M.3 and the subsequent technical and statutory processes to be completed.
§ Mr. HayWe expect to receive the report on the survey within the next three months and hope to be able to publish a draft Scheme early in 1964. Until this has been done and we have seen what objections are made we shall not be in a position to judge when the later processes might be completed.
