§ Mr. HayIn the light of the proposals for the future traffic arrangements in Louth recently sent to me by the Lindsey County Council, my right hon. Friend is prepared to abandon the proposal for the widening and realignment of trunk road A.16 in the town. He agrees with the council that an outer by-pass will be required. The next stage is for the council to propose its inclusion in the County Development Plan.
