§ 83. Mr. H. Hyndasked the Minister of Labour how many people from Oswaldtwistle and Church are having to travel to Accrington to register at the employment exchange.

§ 84. Mr. H. Hyndasked the Minister of Labour what consideration he has given to a resolution adopted by Accrington Employment Committee calling for a sub-office to be opened to deal with growing unemployment insurance claims in Oswaldtwistle; and what reply he has sent.
§ Mr. HareI have considered the resolution and a reply has been sent to the Accrington Local Employment Committee. I do not feel justified in opening a sub-office at Oswaldtwistle in present circumstances and the reply is to this effect.
