§ 49. Mr. C. Johnsonasked the Parliamentary Secretary for Science what action he is taking, as the result of British participation in the United Nations Conference, on the application of science and technology for the benefit of less developed areas.
§ Mr. Denzil FreethThe substantial contribution of the United Kindom to this Conference was a reflection of the active help Her Majesty's Government has been giving to further the application of science and technology for the benefit of less developed countries. It is too early to say whether the scale or direction of our help will need review as a result of this conference.
