§ Mr. MarplesI have received 122 objections to the parking meter scheme proposed by the Ilford Borough Council, including two petitions. 92, mostly from local residents, are on general grounds. 30 are concerned with matters of detail. All the objections will be carefully considered before I make a decision on the borough council's application for an order and regulations
