§ 62. Mr. Goodhartasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will instruct the Governor of the Gambia to dissolve the Legislative Council and hold a general election, because of the irregularities in the last election.
§ 63. Mr. E. L. Mallalieuasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will make a statement on his proposal to legislate retrospectively with regard to election registers in the Gambia at a time when parliamentary democracy is being questioned throughout Africa.
