- (3) what proportion of the beef sold in the United Kingdom is home-produced.
§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsOf total supplies commercially available in the United Kingdom in 1962, the following proportions are estimated to have been home produced:
Mutton and Lamb 41 per cent. Pork 96 per cent. Bacon 36 per cent. Beef and Veal 71 per cent.
