§ Q15. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Prime Minister if he will now make a statement, following the nuclear test ban talks in Moscow, on his plans for further disarmament.
§ The Prime MinisterAs I told the House on 25th July, the agreement on a nuclear test ban should be regarded as a first step. I hope that it will pave the way for new measures aimed at reducing East-West tension and in the disarmament field. The next step must be to consult fully with our Allies about the possibilities that lie ahead.
