§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will inquire into the considerable rise in land prices in the Lea Valley since he intimated there might be encroachments on the Green Belt; and, in order to avoid land profiteering which is unduly raising housing costs, he will take steps to introduce some form of public ownership of land.
