§ Mr. BevinsIn the Gower constituency 697 new telephones were installed in 1960, 915 in 1961, 748 in 1962 and 454 in the first six months of 1963. I am glad to say that there is no waiting list; 115 applications are under inquiry or being met and most orders are completed within a month.
