§ Mr. Boxasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what evidence he has received from Cardiff of exploitation by landlords by overcrowding properties and charging excessive rents, coupled with intimidation by methods similar to those employed by the late Mr. Rachman in the Paddington area; and what evidence he has from the Rent Tribunal of the extent of evictions in the city.
