Pannellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many Commonwealth immigrants were admitted into the United Kingdom under Part I of the Commonwealth Immigrants Act, 1962, in the period 1st July, 1962 to 30th June, 1963; and what were the countries of origin, and the numbers for each country admitted to take up residence with Ministry of Labour vouchers and without such vouchers, respectively.
