Mr. Turner

asked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether he will arrange for the independence gift to Malaya from this House to be displayed.

Arrangements have been made for the gift to be displayed in the Upper Waiting Hall during the week beginning 22nd July. I will arrange for a photograph of the gift to be placed in the Library in due course.
