Mr. Turner

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will place in the Library a copy of his letter to the Prime Minister of Singapore, dated 8th July, 1963, mentioned in Annex F, paragraph 3, of Command Paper 2094.

Copies were placed in the Library yesterday. The letter will be published shortly as a White Paper.
