§ Sir E. BoyleI am fully aware of the local feeling about the Buckhurst Primary School. When it is possible to include the replacement of old primary schools in the school building programme, I will consider sympathetically any proposal which the Essex authority may make. I cannot forecast when the other projects referred to by my hon. Friend will be included in a building programme: it will be for the authority first to include them in its proposals.
