§ Mr. NobleMy Department plans to spend £7,000 in 1963–64, much of it on a pilot campaign to be launched in Dunfermline later this year on lines advised by the Scottish Committee on Smoking and Health. My officers are also in touch with consultants in charge of chest clinics about the best ways of helping their patients to stop smoking.
