asked the Postmaster-General if he is aware that many people who buy the stamps publicising the Freedom From Hunger campaign believe they are making a financial contribution to the campaign; and if he will allocate a part of the revenues obtained to this charity.

No. These special stamps were issued solely to mark the Freedom From Hunger Campaign and have no doubt provided welcome publicity for it. I am sure that this position is generally well recognised.
