§ Mr. HeathThe United States Government have made representations to Her Majesty's Government about the use by Cuban aircraft of airfields on British territories in the Caribbean area. These representations are still under consideration. Her Majesty's Government will honour the international agreements governing our relations with Cuba in civil aviation matters.
§ Mr. Rankinasked the Lord Privy Seal what communication he has received from the United States Government about passenger landings from Cuban aircraft at Grand Cayman Island in the Caribbean; and what reply he has sent.
