FraserMost of my Department's procurement and works services requirements are met on an agency basis by other Departments—such as the Ministry of Aviation and the Ministry of Public Building and Works. The contracts which the Ministry places itself are mainly concerned with the purchase of services or goods which are in commercial supply. In this field the scope for sophisticated evaluation and control techniques is limited.
