§ Mr. Longdenasked the Minister of Health what is done under the National Health Service to help a chronically sick person who is willing and able to live at home with his family rather than be a financial responsibility either of the State or of the local authority as a person in Part 3 accommodation.
§ Mr. BraineI would refer my hon. Friend to the wide range of medical, nursing and other services described in Command 1973. These are available, where appropriate, for the chronic sick at home.
