§ 56. Mr. Awberyasked the Minister of Transport what special arrangements are being made for the accommodation and protection of the crews of the special tankers now being constructed for the carrying of methane gas from North Africa.
§ Mr. MarplesMy Department has discussed and agreed with the owners and builders of these ships the special safety measures which will be required. In particular, the pipes for disposal of escaping methane gas will be kept well clear of the crew's accommodation.
