§ Mr. SoamesMy right hon. Friend the Minister for Education and I have agreed that administrative responsibility 65W for the agricultural colleges in England and Wales should be transferred to the Minister of Education on 1st April, 1964. I am confident that this change will help the planning of agricultural education as a whole and will be in the interests of the agricultural colleges themselves and of the industry.
