§ Mr. Milneasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to ban the inclusion of undesirable picture cards in packaged sweets and goods on sale in this country.
§ Mr. BrookeI have seen some of these cards, but I am not certain that they call for special legislation. I commend the voluntary action of confectioners and others who, according to my information, have decided to stop the distribution of them.
