§ The Prime MinisterA gala performance is a normal feature of a State visit; it is the occasion on which the Government entertain Her Majesty's visitors. On this occasion Her Majesty's Government have taken the Aldwych Theatre. This theatre is considerably smaller than Covent Garden where these gala performances usually take place and 41W this means that there are not enough seats to make it possible to offer tickets to the public.
