§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Lord Privy Seal if he is yet in a position to give details of the ultimate settlement, including the amount and date of the compensation paid by the Danish Government or other persons found responsible, for the damage done by the firing on the Scottish trawler "Red Crusader" and the steps he has taken to prevent a recurrence of such incidents, to prevent delay in the settlements of claims for damage done and to maintain friendly relations between the Governments and fishing fleets involved.
