§ Captain Kerbyasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations if he will instruct Her Majesty's High Commissioner in Ghana to seek an early interview with Dr. Nkrumah with a view to asking the Government of Ghana to honour their previous agreement with the terms of the 1960 Directive, which established the pension and compensation rights of Her Majesty's Overseas Civil Service officers serving on inter-territorial research organisations in West Africa.
