§ 81. Mrs. Hartasked the Minister of Aviation what steps he proposes to take, in view of the short time working of 6,300 Scottish employees of Rolls Royce Ltd., to assist the further development of the aircraft industry in Scotland.
§ Mr. MartenRolls Royce Ltd. expects the short-time working at its Scottish factories to be temporary. Government expenditure in the aircraft industry is expected to remain at a high level and the Scottish factories should benefit from this.
