§ Mr. MarplesI am having a review made of experience in dealing with snow and ice on highways during the last few weeks to see what improvements can be made for the future. We will consider, in the light of this review, whether it is necessary to give any further advice to local authorities to supplement the technical guidance given to them last autumn. I should hope, however, that all local authorities will review their arrangements in the light of this year's experience.
