§ Mr. HareThe Working Party on Industrial Relations in the Shipbuilding Industry has met seven times under the chairmanship of a senior official of my Department. Consideration has been given to plans for securing greater efficiency in the use of manpower and to arrangements for joint consultation at national and yard level. I am glad to say that progress is being made.
