§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsAt 15th February, 1963, 43 schemes had been formally approved in England and Wales for grant towards certain costs involved in the amalgamation of agricultural holdings. The total acreage covered by these amalgamations is 10,272. A further 31 schemes of amalgamation are under consideration covering 3,544 acres.
