§ Mr. CorfieldFour schemes have been completed by local authorities in development districts and one has started. In addition 13 schemes have been approved for the authorities concerned to carry out. I would repeat, what I have stated in the House on several occasions, that my right hon. Friend and I would welcome the submission of more schemes.
