§ Mr. ThorneycroftIt is not possible at this stage in the financial year to give an answer in terms of actual expenditure such as that which I gave the right hon. Member on 23rd January in respect of 1961–62; but the Estimates for 1962–63 indicate some increase in expenditure compared with the previous year.
