§ 101. Mr. Holtasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will use his powers under Section 4 (1) of the Customs Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) Act, 1957, to provide for drawback on the export of goods containing phthalic anhydride on which anti-dumping duties have been paid in accordance with Statutory Instruments 1962, No. 2631 and 1963, No. 90.
§ 113. Mr. Holtasked the President of the Board of Trade, in view of the effect on the competitive ability of the United Kingdom solid resin manufacturers of the 33⅓ per cent. import duty on phthalic anhydride, if he will remove this duty forthwith.
