§ Mr. GreenI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to suggestions put forward by the then French Minister of Finance at the G.A.T.T. Ministerial meeting in November, 1961. In accordance with established policy Her Majesty's Government are prepared to take part in discussions regarding international trade in agricultural products including cereals, provided these are directed towards proposals which are fair alike to producers and consumers and to exporting and importing nations.
