§ Mr. ErrollThe design of Board of Trade factories is a matter for the Industrial Estates Management Corporations, who have a duty to ensure that the factories are suitable for their purpose and are built as quickly as possible with the most economic use of public money. In practice, I understand that structural steel will be used in all the advance factories now being built.
