§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsFarmers do not need general advice on how to farm in bad weather. But the Ministry's local officers, including the advisory services, have, of course, been in constant touch with county branches of the N.F.U. and with individual farmers, to advise and help them on any specific problems concerning livestock.
