§ Mr. BrookeI would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave on 14th December to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Tavistock (Sir H. Studholme). As a result of the Governor's further investigations, some prisoners have been charged with offences against the Prison Rules, and their cases are being dealt with by the Board of Visitors.
