§ Mr. MaudlingChanges in the hire-purchase regulations are not necessarily, or even usually, matters for the Budget. I take note of what the hon. Member says and would remind him that my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade recently announced his intention of permitting the furniture trade to make add-to agreements.
