§ 94. Mr. Crawleyasked the Lord Privy Seal, in view of the fact that the views of the French Government regarding the breakdown of the Common Market negotiations, as made known to the French people, differ from those of Her Majesty's Government and the other five members of the European Economic Community, what steps he is taking to make known to the French people the views and policy of Her Majesty's Government on this subject.
§ Mr. HeathHer Majesty's Government's attitude to the breakdown of the Brussels negotiations has been made clear in recent public statements. These have been widely reported in the French press.
§ Mr. W. Yatesasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will arrange for the publication of a White Paper covering the Brussels negotiations in relation to the British application for membership of the European Economic Community, including all matters agreed, and all matters on which no agreement was reached.
§ Mr. HeathI have already informed the House of all matters on which provisional agreement was reached. I will, however, consider the possibility of publishing a consolidated report on the negotiations.
