asked the First Secretary of State (1) if he will make a statement on his visit to Central Africa; and what decisions he has reached regarding close economic association of the three territories;

(2) what new political alignments were discussed during his tour of the Central African Federation; and if he will make a statement on political developments agreed upon by the three territorial governments and the Federal Government.
