§ Sir H. d'Avigdor-Goldsmidasked the Secretary of State for Industry, Trade and Regional Development if he will make a statement on the steps Her Majesty's Government have taken to support the Colombian Ten-Year Development Plan.
§ Mr. HeathHer Majesty's Government have offered the Colombian Government a £2 million loan under Section 3 of the Export Guarantee Act to be spent on British goods and services. The Colombian Government have accepted in principle. Her Majesty's Government welcome this opportunity to support the Colombian Ten-Year Development Plan and to make a contribution towards the objectives of the Alliance for Progress which they warmly support.
