§ Sir Knox Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what action he has taken under Section 56(1) of the Administration of Justice Act, 1956; and if he will make a statement with regard to the application of the Act in the Isle of Man and in each of the Channel Islands, respectively.
§ Miss PikeThe authorities in all three islands have agreed to the making of Orders in Council applying to their areas so much of Part I of the Act as is necessary to enable certain international conventions on maritime law to be extended to them. The drafting of the Orders is receiving attention.
