§ Mr. Woodburnasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he is taking to make known the results of experiments of television closed circuit teaching in schools, supplemented by video tape libraries and other auxiliaries; and whether he will start such developments in Scotland.
§ Mr. NobleExperiments in teaching by means of closed circuit television have been undertaken in Glasgow and Dundee, and in a smaller way at one or two other centres. My Department is keeping in close touch with developments, and I shall be very ready to help in making the results known as soon as the appropriate stage has been reached.
