§ Mr. Worsleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he proposes to bring into operation the provisions of the Criminal Justice Act, 1961, relating to the after-care of persons released from detention centres.
§ Mr. BrookeI have made an Order bringing these provisions into operation on 1st January next.
