§ The Prime MinisterYes. My hon. Friends the Members for Halifax (Mr. Maurice Macmillan) and for Gravesend (Mr. Peter Kirk) have resigned their places as Members of the United Kingdom Delegation on their appointments as Economic Secretary to the Treasury and Under-Secretary of State for War respectively. I have appointed the hon. Members for Aldershot (Sir Eric Errington) and Twickenham (Mr. Gresham Cooke), who are Substitute Delegates, in their places. I have also appointed my hon. Friends the Members for Keighley (Mr. Marcus Worsley) and Kirkdale (Mr. Norman Pannell) to serveas Substitute Delegates.
