§ 44. Mr. Brockwayasked the Secretary of State for Air what proposals have been made by Middle East Command on his behalf for a settlement of the dispute with the Arab workers employed at the British base at Aden.
§ Mr. H. FraserLocal discussions with the Aden Trades Union Congress resulted in an agreement on 4th December that the strike called by the Forces Union on 23rd November would be brought to an end. Most members of the union returned to work on 5th December.
