§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsThe precise amount of the funds required for the special financial arrangements for quality premiums, to which my right hon. Friend referred on 2nd December in his reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Wycombe (Mr. John Hall) will not be determined until the time of the Annual Review. But it will not require an increase in the retail price of milk of more than ½d. a pint for one month, if as much.
