§ Mr. NobleI am aware that drifter fishermen were disappointed with the markets at the Minch ports in November and decided to abandon the fishing this year earlier than usual. However, taking the year as a whole, I do not think that the picture is one of unrelieved gloom, or that any special action is called for.
