§ Mr. BevinsUnder the European Broadcasting Plan agreed at Stockholm in 1961, four frequency channels are reserved for use at each of the high-power U.H.F. stations in the United Kingdom. The only channel so far allocated to the B.B.C.'s second television service is Channel 33, for use at the Crystal Palace station. The allocation of further channels is being discussed with the broadcasting authorities, and I will make further information available as soon as possible.
